Shipping Information

  • Delivery from China Warehousetypically takes 3-4 weeks, depending on your location.
  • We do not ship to Cuba, Iran, Syria, Russia, North Korea, and the Crimea Region of Ukraine.
  • Shipping costs vary based on the destination:
    • Shoes: Free shipping to the S.and select European countries.
    • AccessoriesFree shipping on orders over $60.

  1. Do your prices include VAT?
    Yes, VAT is included for all orders within the EU.
  2. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
    If your product is damaged, please take photos/videos and send them to sevice@nanaplums.com. We will arrange a replacement within 48 hours.
    Note: We are not responsible for damage to packaging, as this is the carrier's responsibility.
  3. Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?
    Please check your SPAM/JUNKfolder. If you still can’t find it, contact us, and we’ll assist you.
  4. I don’t have a tracking number. When will I get it?
    Your tracking number is included in the dispatch email. If you can’t find it, reach out to us for an update.
